If you change your mind, choose the wrong item, or your pet doesn’t like it, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for such reasons due to our international fulfillment process.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. Once approved, we will offer a refund or resend the item. You don’t need to return it.

Return Shipping
1. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
2. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Please DO NOT return any item without our approval. The warehouse does not accept unauthorized returns. If you return the item without contacting us, we cannot offer a refund.
